Absolutely fantastic customer service after speaking on the phone to Tommy Getting advice on batteries for my car I was informed that he would be able to bring the battery to me… on arrival Tommy realised it wasn’t my battery that was wrong (long story short) he got my car starting again advise me on what to do if there were any issues and didn’t charge me a penny he put my mind at ease As I was about to book into a garage And possibly payloads for issues that may not even be there…. fantastic customer service and one very happy girl. I can highly recommend DRB. The customer service is so much better than any chain shop and the product knowledge was outstanding. Our roof bars and roof box were fitted for free by someone is obviously well trained and who enjoys their job. Truly brilliant buying experience. Richard / Facebook

New Battery for my Zafira

One phone call & I was sorted walked into the shop & informed them that I had just been on the phone for a new Battery for my Zafira the staff were very helpful and pleasant within 5 minutes I was walking out of the shop very happy with the correct battery at a fantastic price, better than Halfords prices. AH

Bought a car battery today. My car was off road and was looking like a trek to get a new one, then remembered DRB, bought over the phone and was delivered within an hour of ringing. Top Service!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Called in at the Orford Green shop today for a new battery, wiper blades etc. The service we received was excellent: very friendly and helpful, the assistant fitted the battery and he even changed the wiper blade, as well as some really good advice. I’m afraid I didn’t catch the name of the assistant who helped my husband and I on Friday afternoon with the purchase and fitting of roof bars and box but we would like to pass on our immense thanks to him. We had made enquiries about the soft box at Halfords the week previously and to be honest we walked out because the staff there couldn’t even be bothered to open the packaging and let us look at the box. Such a sharp contrast when we arrived at your shop – nothing was too much trouble and the chap who dealt with us had the patience of a saint and deserves a medal! I’m hoping that we won’t need his help again but I know that if we did we wouldn’t feel embarrassed about coming back and asking for it.

I hate to disagree with the other reviewers as, good though the staff are, the reason I have used DRB since they first opened is that they have excellent opening hours and a vast stock. This means that whenever I need something NOW, I can usually count on DRB to have it. For a relatively small shop, they stock everything you would expect and a bit more and at competitive prices. If you need specialist parts, they can usually order them in for a fairly short time, i.e. within a day or two for most things, and will advise on the best alternatives.  Mr. K (Warrington)

Just wanted to give praise where praise is due. Every time I go into the Orford Green store in Warrington I always find the staff to be very well informed and extremely helpful. Always given different options re the car trouble I’m dealing with (price/quality etc.) and Keith even put the hacksaw to good use to get the bracket for my battery the right size. Needless to say I’ll be using the store again in the future. Cheers  GR
